⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Quality & an Exceptional Business Owner I honestly don’t know if I can say enough good things about Ting personally or about his products. Ting is one of the most genuine business owners I have worked with. He truly takes pride in his work and makes sure he understands every little detail of what you want. He is patient, kind, and wonderful to work with. Considering these are custom-made leather products, I was also amazed at how quickly I received them. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. The stitching and binding are incredible, everything fits perfectly, and even the tension of the leather credit card slots is just right. I can’t imagine the amount of care and skill it takes to get details like that perfect. And this review isn’t based on just one purchase—I bought three different products, each made a little differently, and the quality has been exceptional every single time. In fact, I think the best compliment I can give is that I’m already planning to order nine more. I’m starting special memory books for my grandchildren, and I cannot wait to have Ting make them and begin filling each one with memories they can keep for years to come. Beautiful craftsmanship, wonderful quality, and someone who genuinely cares about the people purchasing his work. I would recommend Ting without hesitation. I especially like mentioning the nine future books because that says more about how much you trust his work than simply saying “I highly recommend him.”
